Club & Membership Questions

Q: Where are you located?

A: Currently, our clubs are located in Queensland and New South Wales, with clubs available in the Browns Plains, Campbelltown, Emerton, and Leumeah areas.

Q: Do you have a female only section/gym?

A: Yes! Our Iron Gym Leumeah Ladies Only Club is located next-door to Iron Gym Leumeah. It is a completely private facility and is hijab friendly. There are no males allowed in the club including staff. If you have more questions for any cultural purposes etc feel free to email us at nsw@irongym.com.au or message us on Facebook.

Q: Are you open 24/7?

A: Yes, we are open 24/7 for all our current members; this also includes our 24/7 Fitness Passport members – please ensure your club accepts Fitness Passport.

Q: Can I sign up online?

A: Absolutely! Visit our sign-up link here, select the relevant club from the drop-down menu and follow through. Once the sign-up process is completed, visit your respective gym during staff hours to pick up your access card.

Q: What are the membership prices?

A: Membership prices vary from club to club. To see the list of membership prices, including any current promotions, visit here. You can view pricing for the different types of memberships we offer.

Q: Can I do a free trial?

A: Yes, we currently offer 3-day free trials at our Leumeah and Platinum – Campbelltown clubs. Visitors must bring a valid Photo ID and train only during staff hours. Please contact the relevant club for details or check out the rest of our website for more info on opening hours.

Q: Do you accept Fitness Passport members?

A: Yes! Our Leumeah and Platinum – Campbelltown clubs are affiliated with Fitness Passport. Members can do casual visits during staff hours or purchase a swipe tag for 24/7 access. One swipe card gives you access to all clubs associated with Fitness Passport. 

Q: I'M A FITNESS PASSPORT MEMBER, DO I HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING?

A: Not at all! Our Leumeah and Platinum – Campbelltown clubs are affiliated with Fitness Passport. Members can do casual visits (only during staff hours) or purchase a swipe tag for 24/7 access. You can sign-up as either a Staff Hours Only or 24/7 Member here

Q: how do i get a new access card?

A: We’ve got you covered! Your nearest club can issue you a new card for a fee. Please get in touch with your club during staff hours to set up a time to get a new card, or simply walk in during staff hours, and our team can help you!

Q: Can I put my membership on hold?

A: Yes, however, only our weekly no-contract members can place their membership on hold for $10 a month. Please send us an email on nsw@irongym.com.au with the details to arrange this.

Q: How do I cancel my membership?

A1: For our NSW members, all cancellations are handled via email and depending on your membership type, the cancellation will require a 6-week written notice.

Please email your cancellation request to nsw@irongym.com.au with all the relevant details of your request.

Q: Can I purchase an iron gym membership with cash?

A: Yes, we can arrange for cash payments to be accepted. Otherwise, we also take payments via EFTPOS and Credit Card over the phone. Please contact your relevant club during staff hours for more details.

Q: Can I bring a friend?

A: Friends and family are welcome to join you when you train, but your guest must speak with club staff to sign in for safety purposes. If your guest checks in prior to training and pays for the casual pass they are always welcome. Guests are not allowed to use a member’s access card, and members will be fined for unauthorised visitors.


If you wish to bring a friend outside of staff hours, please contact the relevant club in advance either during their staff hours or you can let us know via social media – Facebook and Instagram –  you just need to provide their details and we’ll make the necessary arrangements to ensure you don’t get fined for tailgating. Before doing this, you will need to confirm with your club first. 

Q: Do you accept casual gym visits?

A: Yes! We offer casual gym visits for all our clubs. This means you just pay for the day, you do have to come in during staff hours and sign-in each time at the front desk. Your casual gym visit will give you access to all our facilities and classes just like our members! To know the prices for each visit please contact the relevant club.

Q: How do I update my personal/billing information?

A: All personal and billing changes and updates need to be handled directly by your Iron Gym club, get in touch with them, and they’ll be happy to help you! Otherwise, you’re welcome to send us an email – for NSW members please email nsw@irongym.com.au and for QLD members please email qld@irongym.com.au –  and our team will make these changes as soon as possible.

Q: How do i contact my club?

A: Your club will be able to help you out with everything related to your membership or in-club experiences. You can find their contact info by visiting their club page on our website, or simply scroll to the bottom of this page to see each Club’s contact details!

Q: Can I bring my child to train with me?

A: Yes! Come chat to us at reception or send your club a direct enquiry and we will be happy to add your child for an add-on membership. Children aged 6-15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times while in the gym. Children aged 16-17 can train independently after visiting the gym with their parent/guardian for the first time. They will also be responsible for their access card!

Q: Are there any rules I need to follow?

A: Yes! Our clubs have a list of rules that are necessary to follow for the safety and enjoyment of everyone! To see the entire list, visit here.

Q: How do I provide feedback about my experience?

A: Firstly, we ask that you please speak to staff in person if there are any immediate issues.
