WHAT WE DO.
THE ACADEMY – GROUP FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH TRAINING
We believe in a constant pursuit to improve personal fitness and strength. Our small group training sessions are what we are known for. Our training sessions generally have 8-12 attendees with professional coaches instructing to ensure a high standard of supervision and guidance is always provided.
These sessions include proper strength training and cardiovascular conditioning to ensure you perform at your best for everyday life, we aim to help you be at the top of your game – whatever that may be.
Our sessions are conducted in a manner so that every client’s individual needs are addressed, even though they are in a small group. Subtle modifications are implemented by our coaches to ensure everyone gets what they need, every time.
CORPORATE WELLNESS & TRAINING
Iron Gym Platinum & The Academy offers corporate wellness solutions. Our core offering is a fitness-based service where our staff conduct physical training sessions on a weekly basis to ensure your team is proactively looking after their health with regular training.
